I have been following Ryan's work on the gram for a while, as well as consuming his podcasts, which I always found engaging and useful.

So when I saw his workshop advertised, I knew it was a non-negotiable to attend.

Ryan and his co-presenter, Aaron Shum were two of the nicest and most inviting people I've had the pleasure of meeting with.

Us attendees were all looked after and the experience was practical, informative and supportive.

With Ryan sharing in-depth detail from his own business successes and failures in building and scaling his own business.

Learning in the Workshop environment was always something I felt a bit wary about, but being able to connect with like-minded people was awesome.

I've since built epic community connections across the country because of this opportunity and that in itself has been invaluable to me and my business.

I can't stress enough how beneficial the whole experience has been in building my confidence and knowledge whilst also upskilling my practical skills.

I’ve probably never met a guy that is a nice as this guy. His chilled, approachable and just a tops bloke! He makes you feel like you’ve known him for years and really shares openly like we’ve been friends for a long time. There are no barriers and no question he won’t answer.

I was fortunate enough to grab a spot at a pop-up workshop co-hosted by feather & finch. Ryan has such a great way of teaching, it’s very straight forward and no fluff, the demonstrations he had were very practical and easy to understand.

I’ve attended a few workshops over the years and the one with Ryan definitely was one of the best, It was great to learn so much from Ryan about business and techniques I can bring into real life scenarios at weddings.

He’s also just a great guy in general, very passionate not only about photography, but teaching and giving back to those who look up to him.

Where to start! The workshop in Tasmania with Ryan was epic! Ryan goes out of his way to secure the best locations, models and base locations to make the entire time run smoothly! I learnt SO much valuable content on lighting, prebookings, client relations, and most importantly, business upskilling! Ryan really puts thought into the other artists he features within the workshops to give students the best chance to learn from many different points of view! Ryan isn't scared to open up about how he made his business a success, whilst still being open about what hasn't worked as well! Our on location shoots were epic, and I created some of my all time favourite images. I couldn't recommend investing into one of these killer workshops anymore! Get on board, you won't regret it!
